Cant log in now. Entering the email and password and nothing happens. Fix, please

Okay, I updated application although thinking to backup previous version (SmartBEC). I regretted. 1. Where is my vaping stats, which I collected for 3 months? 2. Memory mode. Its not working with this app. (XCube II) 3. I cant log in So I really recommend everyone not to update app!

no statistics on puffs, no graphs, we dont need another social network!

After last update the app has no more accurate battery monitoring...it goes right down to 20-10% untrue if you see the onboard Info of the Bec Pro...please correct this !

The one puff feature is really cool but adjusting it is a pain. Its really sensitive and will go up or down a watt even after you save.

It control all the functions of the smok. Highly efficient. Possible upgrade function to change the led color of the screen as it is already exist in the app under led. As well history chart is missing. Appreciate to have it in the app. Over all. Its a well done app. Thank you.

Smok builds great products but cant seam to get an app to work properly.

Not only can I not download the upgrade tool for my xcube2 , but this stupid app has yet to open 1 time! Absolutely the worst app and software, and support I have ever seen ! I cannot believe I wasted my money on such a pretty paperweight.

every time I get my x cube 2 paired and get the password in it crashes, but when Im connected to Wi-Fi it works great I dont know why it wont work over LTE

Worked great the first few days. Then all of a sudden it started closing itself and wont let me do anything with my Mod. Very frustrating and a waste of my time

It worked great for a few days. Then it just started closing/crashing every time I try to connect to my mod. This is very frustrating and needs to be corrected ASAP!!! 1.093 firmware and 2.5.9 version of Smart NEC.

This think is always crashing on me and if theres more then one smok in the room it wont pair I cant change my password please do some bug and firmware fixes!!!

I was debating updating The app and thanks to yiu guys I Will still be able to use The features I love Like puff counter, watagge control and No Social media Stuff. Thanks again guys For writing these reviews. Wish there was an option to downgrade to previous version.
