The update is very nice and a lot smoother but they took out a lot of features. They took out the graphs and the option to update a device via Bluetooth. Please put these functions back on!

Love the new look but I cant sign into my SMOK account from the app.

Very disappointed with this update. Can no longer log in and it locked my account out. Tried to create a new account and it wouldnt let me even with a new username and email. Please fix this.

So this update makes it so much harder than it was before. There plenty of social networks out there, thought this was the app for my ecig not to post pictures. Very disappointing about this will probably use this app less

They took out the best feature where you can view your puffs for each particular day. I thought an update was suppose to make something better not take away function and make it worse. Very disappointed.

Hate the new update. Shouldve kept it the way it was before. Its a lot harder to use imo. I had my box named Alduin but everytime I connect it it resets. It wont let me sign into my account through the app now either.

Having the same issue with logging into my account. Also, Id like for the "my vaporizers" section to be the homepage instead of the social media. Also, the dial to change temp and wattage is backwards. On a physical dial, the directions to go up and down are opposite of what the app does. It also needs to incorporate physics. If I do a hard swipe left, the dial should keep spinning instead of stopping after two digits, or at least be able to keep spinning the dial without having to lift my finger to go back to the other side to start over. The app is visually appealing, but not nearly as functional as the previous version.

I cannot log into my Smok account and if I try and sign up through the app and click register, it shows some Chinese symbols and goes away. If I try to login to my account, the black square with the spinning loading animation pops up for like a split second and then goes away. Im trying to get logged in to buy Stainless Steel for my Xcube II so I can use my Joytech Cubis tank.

They took out the feature to have a custom wattage mode which was the most useful part of having the smok app and Bluetooth connection. I liked to have my vape Fire at 50 watts for a second then drop to 40 for another second then continue to fire at 30 watts for the reg of the hit. App is pretty much worthless now

Im unable to login even after logging in on another site. It seems kinda useful but only after I log in. Thanks

Xcube2 is supposed to be able to do stainless steel TC but I cant figure out how to activate it!!!!!!!

Hidden inside all the garbage is a much improved interface for the x cube 2/mini/whatever. I really dont need any of the stupid social networking stuff and wish that the home screen was the "my vaporizers" menu. The actual control panel for your device is more intuitive and user friendly than the previous one. I would have rated it higher if not for all the useless junk...

The previous version of this app was perfect. After updating the app I have been locked out of my x cube 2 mini. It is asking for a passcode. I never set up a passcode. After reading about this topic on smoktech.com, I tried the recommended 000000 passcode. That isnt working either. I have tried every digit in the same manner to gain entry. If you have not updated then DO NOT UPDATE THIS APP! I have emailed tech support, and have not received a response. I have never had a problem contacting smok up to this point. Come on smok, lets get this fixed so we can continue using and bragging on your great products.

I downloaded the app and its in Chinese, need to change it to english. I already deleted it and downloaded it several times. Please reply soon.

After reading reviews for the previous version of this app (then called “SMOK”) - I went ahead and purchased a compatible MOD. I was disappointed when I found this new version had replaced the old app - lacking many of the features of the previous version. The puff counter in the app does not synchronize with the CUBE 2 device. The puff count is always different in the app. Even so - there is no function in the app to make use of the puff count anyway… at least not in this version. I am crossing my fingers and hoping the developers are working to add those features back in. I only wish I had downloaded the previous version of the “SMOK” app. :(

First time using the App with my X Cube Mini and I was disappointed with the App. Not much control over the Bluetooth and the social feed isnt why I download the App. maybe they would fix it in the future

Online upgrade tool doesnt work either, shuts down your computer... Please get it together and get your app and upgrade fixed!!!!
